Home Away Housing was designed for simplicity. The reservation process is streamlined. We will lease the apartment of your choosing, setup all of your utility services, including electricity, water, trash, cable television and wireless internet, then furnish the apartment for you. You will have FULL kitchens containing microwaves, toasters, coffee pots, glassware, dinnerware, silverware, bake ware, utensils and much more. Every HAH apartment comes with a full size washer and dryer, plus bedding, linens, towels, etc. will be provided, as well. We even offer weekly, bi-monthly or monthly housekeeping services, if requested. In addition, we provide liability insurance, on every apartment, to protect you in the even of a catastrophic event. Comfortable, upscale surroundings in friendly, even pet friendly, communities!
Billing is simple! All of your rent, furniture and utilities are billed to you in one, easy monthly payment. No deposits, taxes, or turning on or off of utility services will be required. Since we tabulate billing on a daily rate, you will only be billed for the days you actually stay. You will receive your key and a personal tour of your apartment and community on the day you take possession. PLUS, we only require a 30 day notice to vacate, so our clients have plenty of flexibility. When you have no further need of the apartment, simply drop the keys off at the apartment community office, prior to departure. No Cleaning Necessary! Our janitorial staff will clean the apartment for you. There's also no final utility bills to worry about. Leave the work to us!
